creating and using webquests

I talk about how to create and using webquests.  First find interesting resource when creating webquests. Because resocurce is very important basic of webquests. I think if don`t have resource, it impossible to make web quest. Second importthing is how sympathy  and efficient.  Efficient is very important. Because when people used  create webquests, there are curious about is this webquest really work or not. That is reason why i emphasized efficient.
